I wanted to see Robert Lincoln's grave. I am a well established grave hunter by hobby and seeing Robert Lincoln, the only son of Abraham buried in Arlington, was important to me. As I have said, I have been studying Lincoln and read about Robert, as well. I was very impressed.
So this was our first stop in Arlington. Up this beautiful staircase to the tree lined area. Beautiful!!
