Goal/Reward Update ...

It does work!! Having filled out order form for my coveted new watch and kept it on my desk all day, I was motivated to follow through and get the book proposal out the door and to New York last night. It was really a simple processes: Hit Submit on Proposal -- two seconds later add credit card info to order form and hit submit on that!! Since I already programed the new goal into Miguel -- everyone knows Miguel, right? -- now it's time to go pick out a *new* watch and print out the photo to stare at for the next month or so. Yeap ... goals, motivation and rewards ... I am sooo easy!!
